Ohlson Lavoie Collaborative (OLC) has been our architect and advocate during more than three years of planning and design for the Robert L. Taylor Community Complex. OLC and their team worked closely with the City, all of the stakeholders and most of all, the community, to determine what programming, activities and design elements would best suit the neighborhood. The community workshops and staff involvement generated a lot of excitement and creative ideas for the users of the original facility. That energy has shaped the design for the new center, which the community is proud to call their own.
