Columbine Award for Best New Facility

The Estes Valley Community Center Receives the Columbine Award for Best New Facility

OLC had the honor of working on this project along side Adolfson & Peterson Construction and RLH Engineering. The Estes Valley Community Center was a project 40 years in the making and we are thrilled that we could help make this community center come to life.

When we took on the design assignment, we generated a plan that was almost 10% more efficient in its ability to accommodate program areas. This allowed the Parks District to enlarge activity areas such as the gymnasiums and fitness areas while reducing the overall square footage. What this means is more programming capacity for less money.
