Phase 1 Master Planning, Phase 2 Full architectural / design services for a 45,000 sq. ft. recreation center featuring a gymnasium, climbing wall, indoor running track, group exercise rooms, open cardio and fitness area, circuit and free weights, full-service locker rooms, family locker rooms, multi-purpose rooms including a community stage/theatre, community rooms, children’s / teen wing, seniors center, café, and houses the Florida Center for physical, occupational and speech therapy. This community center also features an outdoor aquatic facility including a 6-lane, 25-yard competition pool, leisure pool with zero depth entry, lazy river, single flume body water slide, plunge pool, spray arches and geysers.
