Alter+Care Building 100,000-SF FL MOB for Adventist Health

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. - Chicago-based Alter+Care is developing a 100,000-square-foot Wellness Plaza at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel for the Adventist Health System.

The building will have a 25-meter lap pool; warm-water therapy pool; locker rooms; indoor walk/jog track; massage services; group exercise studios; conference rooms; cardio and free weights equipment; heart-healthy café; logo shop; and space for disease management and wellness education programs.

Hunton Brady Architects of Orlando designed the base building and Denver-based Ohlson Lavoie Collaborative designed the wellness center.
