The facility has two distinct areas: one area allocated to competitive swimming and the second area designated for a family oriented aquatic park.

The competitive swim area is the swimming hub for the county and includes a 50 meter lap pool, a 25 yard warm-up/learn-to swim pool, a diving well with both 1 and 3 meter diving platforms and it can accommodate 900 spectators with room to add rentable bleachers. The 50 meter lap pool is fitted with a state of the art starting block with automatic timing and relay judging, which is connected to a full score board.

The family oriented aquatic park features a 6,000 sq. ft. zero depth entry pool with large themed play structure, several interactive water spray features, benches and shade structures, an eleven foot wide, 750 linear feet lazy river with a large landscaped island and connected to the lazy river is a slide plunge with a 40 ft. high slide tower that serve 2 slides.
