Working in conjunction with the City of Renton, OLC was faced with creating an elaborate aquatic park on a somewhat constricted site. Preserving much-needed adjacent soccer fields was definitely a challenge. The perfect design solution was a 3,300-square-foot, six-lane lap pool.
