The Village of Glendale has completely revitalized their city center by creating a 5,000 seat rugby pitch and stadium bookended by a completely remodeled sports and recreation center, branch library and international events center, both completed in 2008. On the south side of Infinity Park, a passive recreation park and open space is being developed to complete the transformation of a 4 square block area in the village's center.
