Ohlson Lavoie Collaborative (OLC) was the lead designer of the West River Community Center operated by Dickinson Parks and Recreation and opened in May 2004 as well as the Architect of Record for the $23.4 million expansion recently completed in 2014. OLC directed our process from public input, programming, conceptual design to final design with professionalism and always kept our community input at the forefront. We are extremely pleased with their ability to provide a first class facility that is a focal point of our community. We continue to use OLC as our community adds expansions to the West River Community Center and highly recommend them for consideration for your project.
