Glenwood Hot Springs Resort – Hotel 1888

OLC was originally retained in 2009 to convert the historic 1888 Glenwood Hot Springs Bath House into the Spa of the Rockies. Following the pandemic, the owners reimagined the space once again – transforming it into Hotel 1888, a boutique luxury hotel that celebrates the resort’s rich history while offering a modern guest experience. Located just steps from the world-famous Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, Hotel 1888 features 16 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites with historic charm, upscale amenities, and classic finishes and details. The design preserves original architectural elements while introducing custom furnishings, sophisticated materials, and elevated comforts for today’s travelers. The hotel officially opens July 2025, providing guests a unique blend of Colorado history, relaxation, and style at one of the state’s most iconic destinations.
