Accounting Manager
START DATE: Feb 1, 2025
We are currently recruiting for a Full Cycle Accountant position. The position is in our Orlando, FL office. The ideal candidate will manage the entire set of activities used to create the financial statements for the monthly and year end closing process; financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Month-end close process and Financial Reporting and Auditing; Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Work with external CPA to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
- A/R & A/P
- Perform Bank and Balance Sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Complete ad hoc projects/analyses as directed
- Fee based and Time and Material Billing familiarity
- Payroll and Payroll Tax knowledge necessary
- HR –Benefits management, Timesheets, Expenses Processing. Ability to communicate well with all levels of the company team and with staff at remote locations, ability to build effective working relationships within and outside of the company.
- Credit Card reconciliation
- Advise key members of executive management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, cash forecasting,
- Corporate insurance policies applications
- Project cost maintenance and reporting
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of professional accounting experience. US GAAP: 5 years (Required)
- Self Starter with ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred
- Familiarity with Professional Services accounting
- High level of expertise in Excel. Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suites.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or comparable degree.

- Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year. Schedule Monday to Friday

Marketing Coordinator
Full-Time, In-Office Position, Orlando, FL
The Marketing Coordinator is an essential member of OLC’s team, providing support to our Marketing and Architectural departments. This professional will play a key role in implementing the firm’s growth strategies across sectors including recreation/aquatics, healthcare/wellness, hospitality/resort, and commercial/retail/lifestyle. This in-office position involves a mix of marketing and administrative responsibilities and requires a detail-oriented individual with AEC industry experience.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to OLC Marketing Team.
- Provide minimal support to OLC Staff – mail, scanning, etc.
- Manage architectural licensing applications and renewals.
- Handle conference and event registrations.
- Coordinate internal events.
- Maintain and update CRM data.
Marketing Tasks:
- Assist in creating RFQ/P responses (proposals), brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of newsletters (MailChimp).
- Support marketing campaigns, event planning, and client/community engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market and industry research.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or progressive experience in this field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Demonstrate Experience through testing).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including PDF creation and editing, InDesign, and Photoshop (Demonstrate Experience through testing).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRMs like VantagePoint.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms like MailChimp.
- Ability to conduct research on opportunities, contact data, architectural partners, RFPs, and RFQs.
