The new facility blends a state-of-the-art fitness center with several clinical departments that promote health improvement, lifestyle modification and rehabilitation. Members have access to a wide variety of medically based prevention, wellness and treatment services.
Located on the first floor are the medical offices, conference rooms, kid’s area, spa, cafe and locker rooms. The men’s and women’s locker rooms lead to the aquatic center with its lap pool, whirlpool and warm water therapy pool. Also on the first floor is the sports performance and therapy center. The second floor houses multipurpose studios, an open fitness area and walk/jog track, as well as clinical space for physician offices and treatment rooms.
