12 Jan Well and Good Newsletter 2022- Quarter 1
LETTER FROM THE CEO
Dear Friends,
On behalf of everyone here at OLC, we hope that you and your circle of family and friends are safe, healthy and well.
2021 was a big year for us. Our clients were able to open two, significant new ground-up Wellness Centers, one in New Palestine, Indiana and the other in Lake Nona, Florida. The new outdoor pool at Woodmoor Country Club opened (near Colorado Springs, Colorado) and we have several more projects opening soon in Ocala, Florida; Holland, Michigan; Cheyenne, Wyoming and Thornton, Colorado. We’ve also moved the Denver office twice, most recently to the 2nd floor of the Space Gallery at 400 Santa Fe Drive. It’s great to be a part of such a creative group of tenants in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District. If you ever find yourself in Denver or Orlando, please stop by and see us sometime!
Fall is typically tradeshow season for us, and we’ve attended several conferences this year including events for Colorado Parks and Recreation Association, Florida Recreation and Parks Association, Parks & Recreation Summit, Global Wellness Institute, IHRSA and the Medical Fitness Association. Our Senior Interior Designer, Brenda Amsberry attended Design Connections, The Lodging Conference and the BITAC Luxury Conference. It was great to reconnect with some of our friends in the industry face to face. We still have a ton of swag. Does anyone need an OLC T-shirt or some headphones?
As 2022 begins, we find ourselves looking forward to a year filled with promise and hope. Rest assured that OLC will continue the quest for new ways to better design the health, fitness and wellness spaces that help people stay healthy and strong, fight off disease, connect with their community and feel good about themselves. We love to create places that improve health, well-being, and enjoyment of life.
We thank you for your trust and look forward to collaborating with you in the near future.
Be Well,
