Well and Good Newsletter 2023 – Quarter 4

LETTER FROM THE CEO

Dear Friends,

As we approach the end of another remarkable year, I am filled with gratitude and pride as I reflect on the incredible journey we’ve experienced together. 2023 has been a year of growth, innovation, and above all, a year where our collective efforts have allowed our clients to achieve their goals.

Our team has been hard at work, dedicated to delivering excellence in every endeavor. From the completion of the Mary Sue Rich Community Center in Ocala, FL, to the award of the Eagle Pool Replacement project in Eagle, CO, OLC is gaining more and more municipal clients across Colorado and Florida.

Our teams are also working with such notable brands as Active Wellness, The Wembly Club, The Oxford Athletic Club, Newtown Athletic Club, and others to serve the health and fitness needs of a vast array of citizens, athletes, and health enthusiasts around the country. OLC cares deeply about the health of each community we collaborate with in the design process, making our projects extremely rewarding.

The passion and creativity displayed by each team member here has been instrumental in making our projects successful. Our Egypt office allows us to work around the clock to meet aggressive schedules. We would not be where we are today without their diligence, skills, and creativity. Our affiliates in Tokyo also continues to amaze us with the quality of their work, and we are so proud to have them as an integral part of OLC Global.

Our team continued to grow this year with the addition of John Martinez, Project Architect; Krissada “Mix” Harnsongkram, Architectural Intern; and Sarah Murray, Junior Marketing Coordinator. We are so happy to have them on board.

In lieu of gifts to clients, OLC adopted families through the Sun Valley Youth Center and decorated trees that were delivered to the Children’s Hospital Colorado. We also sponsored a family from Harbor House of Central Florida and donated food items to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.

Finally, we want to thank our clients for supporting us throughout this last year, and all the years prior. Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication, and we are enthusiastic to see the amazing work and projects to come in 2024. Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year from your friends at OLC!

Be Well,

Robert McDonald, CEO, Senior Principal

HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM OLC

As we wrap up another year of spectacular design adventures, the team at OLC wishes you a wonderful holiday season! We hope your holidays are filled with more joy than finding the perfect throw pillow and more laughter than a well-placed “dad joke” (which, let’s be honest, is a high bar to clear). Our gratitude for your trust and collaboration knows no bounds. Thank you for a fantastic year, and here’s to more laughter, creativity, and impeccable design in the coming one.

With Thanks & Warm Wishes,
OLC
