New recreation center in partnership with the Grand Forks Park District, Altru Health, and the YMCA. Amenities include multi-purpose rooms, lounge/ fireplace, tenant space, retail shop, deli, fitness, 3 racquetball courts, gymnasium, track, indoor leisure pool, steam room, sauna and full- service locker rooms.
