The project scope includes a 101,000 sf remodel as well as a 40,500 sf expansion. Design goals include: improving circulation while joining it seamlessly with the current program areas; combining with a newly conceived expansion, and integrating it all within the building’s existing systems and with the University’s Long Range Campus Plan. Program areas used in this building include Campus Recreation, Kinesiology and Health, Theater and Dance, ROTC, and the UW Lab School.
